History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Through the years after Drifting was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
