History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Pelaios was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Rael and his spouse have recently divorced.
