Personality: This man loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Baker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
