History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Paymon was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Paymon's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He wears a colorful flower in his silver hair. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born in the west to a Barrister, Ugarth learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying west to reunite his family. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Barrister.
