History: Paelias was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Description: 5'4" and muscular, this northern man wears suspenders and violet workpants. His shirt is red, and he wears a heavy violet leather apron most of the time. He has shaved his head bald. His blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
