Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. A true patriot, Roger would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Roger was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
