History: Born in the west to a Layabout, Chay learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He became a Layabout soon after.

Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Hupe was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Hupe was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He dresses like a well dressed Courier does. His hair is chestnut and curly. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He struck the Courier job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Courier responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern
