Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Nirgel is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
