History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents enrolled him in a Druid school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Efferil was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
