History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Born to a Crown-heir, his mother struggled to pay the bills. A gifted student he started as a Crown-heir, but he got bored and became a Sailor. He has achieved small success as a Sailor.
