History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A freak accident while working with his Cartwright father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was born in the east. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Taklinn's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Taklinn was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job
