History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Chem hails from a village terrorized by giants. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Orc people; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: Born in the west to a Armorer, Lucan learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Being a Armorer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
