Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Miller but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Srorthen hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away.
