History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bowyer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Charles was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
