History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Kipper was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Courier. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. History: He was born into a rich family. Through the years after Burgell was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Burgell's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
