History: He comes from a rich western family. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

His father taught him the rudiments of the Detective arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Rathkran liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week.
