Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Randal isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born in the east. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
