History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He tends to his Spy job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Born in the north to a Seamstress, Kûga learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Kûga was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Seamstress. He became a Seamstress soon after.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
