When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Crampernap liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
