He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Geoffrey decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

River liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He tends to his Fisher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
