Description: 6'7" and muscular, this northern man wears a robe, a symbol of death around his neck, and a pickaxe on his belt. He wears a small hat to cover his moderate length copper crest. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 97. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Fax fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to end his boredom
