Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing music.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: A middle-aged man, he very much looks the part of a Performer, and is pretty ugly. His hair is short and silver. He has several tiny amethyst earrings on each ear.

Personality: Dain is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Navigator profession.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His childhood dream was to be a Navigator, but he was a colossal failure. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Performer responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is content

History: Nimble was born with his father's beautiful face. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Nimble never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
