History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Shifting was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Shifting was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Soapmaker. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He has the majority of his body covered in plate. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Morkral was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Morkral decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Edge and his spouse have recently divorced.
