History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Tomi was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When Tomi reached his early adolescence his Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He struck the Ruler job and began his own company from there.
