He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Shoemaker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shoemaker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Personality: Spear is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Spear grew up listening to his father's many stories. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and many illithids want him driven away

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is mildly Gnome supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Gerbo never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Oblar abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
