Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Alex was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying south to reunite his family. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
