History: He was born at the edge of vast island. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he dresses like a well dressed Stableman does. He has done his best to style his black hair to look like a famous performer. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Stableman. He has worked as a Stableman like his father before him.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. The war was a terrible time for him, and Nordak does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents enrolled him in a Cleric school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature axe.
