History: Ugarth was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
