Personality: He is mildly Dwarf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Seamstress hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
