History: Born in the north to a Painter, Bernard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Nuraval's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Nuraval was born with his father's beautiful face. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nuraval fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
