Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Mindartis took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up greataxe and armor he uses now. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Through the years after Ortegar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Ortegar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.
