History: Adelard was born with his mother's beautiful face. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Adelard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mason they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter.
