Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: The child of a Masseuse, who enjoyed hunting, Fabien was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
