The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. After months of barely getting by, Krûk managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 83. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the east were limited. He now owns his own business.
