Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He has all his life been fascinated with singing.

History: Wiggens was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Fletcher, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
