He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: Bilbron wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Wizard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He uses divination through singing.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the west were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Carpenter. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He got into the Carpenter business at a young age. Cressel abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Carpenter and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new carpenter responsibilities is difficult
