Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, River is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
