History: Shivering hails from a village terrorized by giants. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered brigands who tried to eat his hand. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Beiro was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.
