Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Hobart hails from a village terrorized by illithids. A freak accident while working with his Weaver mother left him crippled. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son.
