Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He got into the Spice Merchant business at a young age. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He's also a talented Healer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Sage who has hired him part-time. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Bertram was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Sage. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Hunter. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: He is mildly Halfling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sailor. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
