Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a fancy grey suit. His silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spice Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.
