History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Astar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
