Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he likes to wear ponchos typically of a light brown in addition to tight pants. He wears his golden hair up in a very large beehive style do. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Pikar is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
