History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Astar was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He tends to his Bookbinder job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he is unsatisfied with his job
