History: Joser was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a Fortune-teller, his father struggled to pay the bills. His first spouse was a Fortune-teller, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fortune-teller they were divorced and he won custody of their son.
