History: Born in the south to a Bellfounder, Chay learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A freak accident while working with his Bounty Hunter mother left him crippled. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'2". He is dressed in a clean brown cloak covering his clean studded leather, and his gloved hand is found clutching a flail. He has styled his black hair well, parting it to the right. His eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and regain custody of his son
