History: Foxilon was born the youngest of three triplets. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fisher they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter.
