History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Anselm abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Expand his business; and wants his loneliness to end

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Through the years after Bilbron was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Bilbron's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: 5'0" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears a simple violet robe with tan stripes complete with hood. He has a very tight haircut. His green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: Ûgakûga was born with his father's beautiful face. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
