History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When Jocelyn reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and to reunite with his absent mother
