History: Cloud was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.
